Terms of payment

We also offer the option of ‘Pay by Invoice’ payment, which allows our customers to proceed with their purchase and make the payment at a later date, typically within 30 or 60 days end of month from the order date.

Order confirmation

We would also like to remind you that for most payment methods, the order will only be processed after we have received confirmation of payment.

Invoicing

If you use a deferred payment method, the invoice will be issued when the goods are shipped. For all other payment methods, the invoice will be issued upon verification of the payment.

Regardless of the payment method, we will keep you updated about the issuance of the invoice by sending you a courtesy copy via email. If your registered office is in Italy, remember that you will find the official invoice directly in your tax drawer.
